Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC Chandkheda was established in 1992 with a motto of delivering quality education to children under the auspices of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body under Ministry of Education.
The project school sponsored by ONGC is situated near to ONGC Avani Bhavan, Chandkheda. The school has an indelible mark in the field of academics, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

The school is Co-educational equipped with proper facilities and infrastructure which develops a better environment conducive to learning for the students. Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC Chandkheda falls under KVS Ahmedabad Region. The School is a two-storeys structure.

The Academic session at K V ONGC, Chandkheda, starts from April. The School provides education to students from I to XII.

The school has sophisticated infrastructure which consists of well equipped science labs, playground, library , well structured computer labs and other required facilities. The school is heading towards stellar success under the dynamic leadership of present Principal ,Mr. Ashok Kumar Rathi .
